I have been so jealous of everyone who signed up for Nanowrimo, like REALLY jealous because I LOVE writing first drafts, they're the best! They're fun and inspiring, and your mind is uber creative and expanding and the best part is...they are allowed to be crap. Yeah! Plus everyone is doing it and I like to join things too...
But revisions...now that's where the pressure comes in. This is when you've slowed down and you're thinking straight and you're being analytical and wondering if those color changing flowers in chapter 9 are really necessary to the plot (um...they TOTALLY are!). But those of us who are revising our little butts off deserve a little month named after our plight too!
This is why I love The Intern, she gets it.
So I am officially doing Nanorevismo! Which is perfect because my goal for completion is December!
And...back to work...I'mthisclose to finishing chapter10.
